VENDOR SETUP INFORMATION
Please read this information carefully regarding setup instructions for your booth in the Fondo venue.
The main venue area for the Fondo is N Main Street in front of On Tap and the Charles Mack Citizens Center. To facilitate the event all of Main Street will be closed the morning and early afternoon of September 8th between Center Ave and Iredell Ave.

Sponsors and Vendors will have access to the street closure area for set up and tear down. Access will be through the intersection at Center Ave and Main St. A Fondo Volunteer will let you through the street closure barricade.
The morning setup window is from 5:00am to 7:15am. All Sponsor/Vendor vehicles must clear the venue area by 7:15am to allow for the start of the rides. Limited setup/load in can occur at 8:35am after the 25 mile riders leave the start/finish are but must be complete and vehicles clear of the venue are by 9:30am.
Tear Down will begin at 1:00pm.
A detailed venue map with an assigned tent location number will be provided to you via email. For now please reference the diagram attached for the entry/exit point at Center Ave and Main St, along with the full day of schedule for the event.
